Elizabeth Bozek is an associate with Schnurr Kirsh Schnurr Oelbaum Tator LLP.  Elizabeth graduated from the University of Toronto, with an Honours Bachelor of Science, with Distinction, in 2003.  Elizabeth received her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007, where she was the recipient of the Charles Edward Woodrow Award and the STEP Prize for Trusts & Estates.  Elizabeth was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2008.

Elizabeth is a member of the Ontario Bar Association (Estates and Trusts Section) and the Toronto Lawyers Association. She regularly contributes to Estate Litigation and The Annotated Ontario Estates Statutes .
