Sandra Schnurr is the managing partner of Schnurr Kirsh Schnurr Oelbaum Tator LLP, where she practices exclusively in the areas of estate and trust litigation and mental capacity litigation.  She represents beneficiaries, estate trustees, estate claimants and attorneys under powers of attorney in a wide range of disputes and litigious matters, including Will Contests, Dependant Support Claims, Contested Passings of Accounts, Will Interpretations, Trustee Disputes, Power of Attorney Disputes and Contested Guardianship Applications.  Ms. Schnurr  is a contributing author to the text, Estate Litigation.

Ms. Schnurr received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1975 and a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978. She was called to the bar of Ontario in 1980.

Ms. Schnurr is experienced in appearing before all levels of trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Before restricting her practice to estate, trust and capacity issues, Ms. Schnurr practiced in diverse areas of the law including family law, real estate and commercial litigation.  As a result, she has the benefit of broad experience in areas of the law that impact upon her chosen field.
