Estate Litigation Blog
We are open during COVID 19 pandemic
by Rob Levesque, Published: April 03, 2020
The COVID 19 pandemic is affecting all Candians, forcing us to change our ordinary way of doing things. Social distancing and self-isolation have quickly become the new normal, as we collectively take steps to slow the spread of the virus. For those of us who are stuck at home, it can feel like the world is on hold.
At the same time, many of you who have found your way to this website are dealing with additional stress. You may be dealing with the estate of a deceased family member, or trying to figure out how to care for a loved one who is incapable of making important decisions for themselves. Coping with these issues can be very stressful in the best of times, let alone during a pandemic.
To that end, our firm remains open. If you need assistance with estate, trust or guardianship litigation, we would be happy to help you. Like all Canadians, we have had to make adjustments, which means that for the time being all of our lawyers, law clerks and support staff are all working remotely. Reach out to us by phone or emai, and one of our lawyers will get back to you promptly.
We wish you all good health in this difficult time.
